...Though I have only taught 5th and 6th grade math, I have tutored a broad range of students in all grades and all subjects, including writing, trigonometry, geometry, science, and even giving basketball lessons. My method of tutoring is to learn how the student's mind works with math, encourage them to spot and understand their mistakes, but I rarely work a problem for a student. That does not help them.
