...In junior high and high school, I was heavily involved in numerous clubs and organizations and knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. After graduating high school with honors (Magna Cum Laude), I attended college to become a teacher. ...While in college, I worked at the Math Departments tutoring center for about 3 years, and concurrently at the Student Support Services multi-subject tutoring center for a total of 5 years. After college, I worked as a High School Algebra and test prep teacher. After that, I began teaching Physics courses at Lamar Institute of Technology, as well as tutoring in their learning lab.
