...I believe in finding where the student is struggling with the material and then using the knowledge they do have to help them solve the problem. I believe in using examples to help a student understand how to approach problems and then have them try them on their own. Many students that have worked with me in the past start to really understand math when they previously couldn't! (read more)
...Additionally, my experience has taught me that sometimes a student is missing one little skill that, if uncovered and worked with, can unlock that student’s ability to move forward.
