...I have noticed that many teachers and professors explain material from a highly experienced perspective which can create a disconnect for students. My approach is to explain concepts from a student's perspective, breaking things down into clear and manageable steps. I like to connect ideas to real-world scenarios whenever possible to make them easier to understand. (read more)
...Math doesn’t come easily to most people, and sometimes all it takes is a little help to understand. As a tutor, I will focus on building knowledge through a strong foundation in the basics, and keep building up towards understanding of the more complex topics of mathematics.
