...In January 2019, I applied to Sylvan Learning Center where I spent almost three years before leaving to practice law. During my time at Sylvan, I was one of four teachers chosen from all of northwest Indiana and Chicagoland to teach an ASVAB course at West Gary Highschool. ...I am enthusiastic and have worked with children and adults at all levels via various volunteer outreach programs. I spent a complete semester as a volunteer math tutor at Ivy Tech Community college and tutored over 20 students for over 100 hours. I love seeing the sparkle in a student's eye when something clicks and their eagerness to learn. (read more)
