Zach is a tutor with experience tutoring college students in integral and differential calculus and both calculus-based and algebra-based physics. He got his Bachelor of Science degree in 2011, majoring in Geology and double minoring in Physics and Mathematics. ...Modern advances in neuroscience have greatly influenced the methods that can be used to teach English as a second language. I always want to make full use of these findings and often look to creative, unconventional methods to help students remember new words and phrases. ...My method of teaching relies heavily on critiquing, finding not only the flaws of a story, but also pointing out and encouraging the good as well. I write primarily in the fantasy/science fiction genre, though through my courses at Hollins University, I became accustomed to working to help improve writers of many other genres.
