...If someone was struggling I would give the other students examples to work on and work one-to-one with the student who was struggling to grasp the concepts. At the end of the meeting I would have them explain back to me the processes of solving the problems we worked on to ensure they understood the materials. While in high school, I was part of the NHS where I was a tutor for the school. (read more)
