I continued tutoring through middle school, being nominated by my 7th grade Pre-Algebra teacher to be a part of the school's tutoring program! ...She had a wonderful attitude toward learning to play and I informed her that Maurice Ravel and Benjamin Britten had written pieces entirely for the left hand. I showed her the episode of M*A*S*H where an injured soldier, a piano player was given Ravel's score after he'd lost the use of his right hand. I enjoy playing hymns and teaching young students how to play the piano. (read more)

This helps determine what kind of activity will most help you or your child retain the information.
