...I skipped algebra 1 during 6th grade. I learned the curriculum in about 3 months during afterschool hours and it all clicked pretty fast for me because I saw patterns that continued throughout all the chapters. I took AP Calc BC in high school my sophomore year, earning an A- in semester one and A in semester two accompanied by a 5 on the AP exam at the end of the year. (read more)

...I have taught violin for 15 years. I was an Applied Math major and took graduate courses in Ordinary, advanced Ordinary, and Partial Differential equations (ODE, AAODE, and PDE respectively). One of my undergraduate research projects used Differential Equations to map/model traffic flows of city streets. In addition to the above, I have taught ODE at the college level. (read more)
