...I have been an active member of the South Carolina Parents and Advocacy (SCPA). Have developed hundreds of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). I am knowledgeable of the three ways that a parent can legally home school children and alternative ways for a person to receive a high school diploma. I am retired, thus I have a flexible schedule.
