...I then moved into research on zebra mussel invasion in the Great Lakes during the 1990's while working at the Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan. My passion in research, however, has been in stream ecology and the dynamics of insect populations therein. I have enjoyed teaching students over the years and think I am pretty good at it.
