I also show my colleagues advance skills in Outlook such as filter option to set up rules to have specific emails with specified subjects or senders to be sorted. ...As far as my own education is concerned, I graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I'm continually learning about what works best in tutoring, and my psychology classes also aided me in understanding that to a greater degree.
