As a youth I had a deep interest in rocks and minerals. Collecting and examining rocks became a hobby up into my teenage years. Fascinated with the environment and other 'earthly' things I went to college with the mindset that I wanted to work closely with the earth. (read more)

But by adapting, interest was sparked and built upon, exceeding their expectations of themselves.
