...My teaching style is student oriented with a focus on active engagement. When working with students, I first assess their individual learning styles by observing how they process information and asking them about their preferences. I am currently employed by the Blue Mountain School District, Orwigsburg, PA, as a per diem substitute teacher. I have served as a substitute in many different disciplines.
