...I have been able to help every child I have worked with, including those having autism, some of whom were nonverbal. I was a reading tutor for 5 years with the Carbon County Volunteers for Literacy, and tutored adult learners in my home. I currently tutor one of my own grandchildren, and she is experiencing much improvement and a much higher level of self esteem in the classroom. (read more)
