I was born in Seoul, Korea due to my parents being in the military so I've had a fitness and academic background at a very early age. I acquired my personal training license in 2007 and my massage therapy license in 2008 but I've been in the fitness niche since 1999. I graduated from North Carolina in journalism, then I went to work for ESPN Deportes, and in New Orleans I worked for the Hispanic TV and radios where I was the play-by-play for the Hornets/Pelicans and Saints.
