As an Early Childhood Educator, I speak properly with my students, during each school day. If I, as their teacher, utilize proper grammar, then they will model my behavior and speak properly as well. At the Early Childhood level, this strikes me as very important, since most students have first exposure to language through the spoken word. (read more)

I have always worked with students that struggle with reading and understanding what they are reading.
