...I often play "devil's advocate" to help the student develop thinking skills and confidence in his or her own ability. I use much the same approach with the sciences. Approaches to test prep that are offered by boot camps do not account for this fact, and usually only improve the scores of more academically conditioned students while leaving those with different learning styles behind.
