...Here is some of what I've learned: To teach someone study skills, it is necessary above all to create conditions for practice. Tutors need to be able to explain and then model effective behaviors and assist learners in the process of forming new habits by providing appropriate feedback. Just reading about what you need to do is not the same as putting positive behaviors into practice. (read more)
