...I had text anxiety while attending nursing school, and taught myself and fellow classmates several techniques to calm myself and how to study for and how to take a test. I find out the best way for a person to study, are they the type that does well in a group, with just one other person or in a quiet room with no distractions. I passed the NCLEX on my first attempt.
