...I believe each student is unique and a successful teacher will find the student's learning style to identify how they learn best. With Math I like to use manipulatives for hands on learning and to relate it to their lives in order to make a connection of why we are learning this. I will guide the student with leading questions so they show me, not just show how it's done. (read more)
