I am a graduate with a Master's of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. During my years there, I graded math tests in the engineering school ranging from pre-calculus to Calculus 1-3 as well as the higher courses of Differential Equations and Numerical Methods. Rather than merely appealing to something “sounding good” we’ll teach you the fifteen rules that the test really hits (is it it’s or its?) and teach you how to find dangling modifiers.
