...I am studying to become a school counselor and I took numerous courses on development and family relations in my undergraduate career. Last summer I worked as a teaching assistant for young adults with profound disabilities and I loved every second of it. ...Language Arts is for our younger kids, so up to about 6th grade and that is where i focus on phonics, repetition of sounds, letters, and memory. Later on when we get to the older kids we focus more on parts of speech, and writing. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English with a Minor in Psychology. (read more)

Additionally, I received two awards from my university for outstanding performance in my department.
