...I delight in the feeling of participating in and observing a young child finally succeed at a problem in which they previously struggled with. I know that I have succeeded when I see that “Aha! moment” and I can tell that they have really grasped the whole concept from beginning to end. When I work with student, I am able to identify where the student struggles and adapt my lessons accordingly. for example: I will simplify complicated ideas by using analogies or step-by-step problem-solving.
