...As an actuary for 27 years, I have used Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) on a daily basis. All of the projects I worked on were in Excel and Access. All documents were created in Word and PowerPoint was used for all presentations. (read more)

By identifying and clarifying those problem areas, we don't waste time repeating things that the student is comfortable with.
