...I enjoy the algebraic aspects of manipulating expressions with trigonometric functions. I love proving identities; ever since I took my first lessons in trigonometry in high school, I can't get enough of these types of problems. ...My technique for tutoring is to try to help people understand why things work the way they do. Often, people struggle with subjects when they try to memorize rather than understand the underlying ideas behind a subject.
