As an educator, watching when that "light goes on" for a student, and he/she fully understands and can then be independent, is what teaching really means. I just received my NFHS coaching certifications and I am wanting to gain more experience coaching basketball. I played four years in high school, had the opportunity to play in college, and now play in city leagues.
