...My experience is that children at elementary age need to learn in a manner that allows him/her to learn from their perspective and understanding. A teacher should teach from the level the student is at and then bring the student into a higher level at the pace the student learns. This entails patience which a lot of teachers are unable to take as the size of the class does not allow. (read more)
