...In fact, it was peer tutoring in high school that drove me to pursue teaching as a career. The feeling of watching "the lightbulb go on" with a student is what motivates me for each and every session. The one-on-one setting (or small group) allows me to curtail any lesson to a student's individual needs. (read more)
