Usually when meeting discrete math students I bring Discrete Mathematics by Richard Johnsonbaugh. I have taught high school and college students in the past and I think of it as a really fun activity. I'm a young woman, so I've come to realize that, sometimes, I get students more easily, since I'm still one.
