...I believe that a lot of students think they are bad at chemistry because their instructors have not taught them properly. I like to try to get students to understand why chemistry is important and interesting before starting on any particular subject. With this method I've managed to have students who hated chemistry in the beginning come to appreciate it by the end of their course. (read more)
