...I've realized the knowledge gap from school, internships, jobs, careers and certifications is having a good mentor. My teaching style would lean more towards directive. My process for teaching consists of listing out groups of tasks, breaking down the tasks into individual steps that allow the trainee to complete individually. (read more)
