...I started tutoring because I needed the money. I didn't think I would like it- I was wrong, and I often look forward to my evenings tutoring more than I do my school day. Some of this is because I like the personal interaction, but the bigger reason is that I get to work with students who are highly motivated. (read more)
I have been teaching for 19 years both at the middle school level as a science and engineering teacher and as adjunct faculty at Wright State University in the Physics, Chemistry, Geology, and Education Departments. I enjoy teaching and helping students learn about all sorts of topics. Working with students across all age levels provides me a perspective that most do not have. (read more)
