...I believe that a successful instructor is not someone whose main focus is to provide information for students but rather someone who encourages students to look for information. Thus, I recommend that students come to class as active agents, not as mere onlookers. This philosophy puts more weight on the students and renders the teacher a facilitator of the learning process.
