...I love watching kids' reaction when they get that 'Aha' moment when they finally understand a math concept that they had been struggling with. It is so rewarding to myself and to them as well. ...So structuring a lesson where a student is engaged is more important than making sure the student just does the work. I’ve found that they’ll do the work when they’re engaged and it’s all about understanding why. I am very "versatile" with a rigorous and dedicated work ethic. (read more)
