...In junior high and high school, I was heavily involved in numerous clubs and organizations and knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. After graduating high school with honors (Magna Cum Laude), I attended college to become a teacher. ...After that, I began teaching Physics courses at Lamar Institute of Technology, as well as tutoring in their learning lab. Soon, I was asked to also adjunct teach at Lamar State College-Port Arthur. That quickly became a full-time job, where I worked as a professor teaching developmental math subjects. (read more)
