...I have worked as a teacher for 3 years now, but I also tutored students in math as a graduate- and teaching assistant from 2017-2021. ...With my after schoolers, I emphasize importance of reading and math and help them work out difficult problems. I like to see where students' abilities currently rank and monitor their progress and then build individual learning plans that cater to specific needs.
