...I took math 220 at Penn State which involved solving systems of equations using matrices. I also took math 230 at Penn State, which was calculus and vector analysis of three dimensional equations. I just graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. (read more)
...In tutoring, I constantly try to make sure that the student understands the underpinnings of the subject and not just the answers. I tend to use many analogies in my tutoring to connect the topic at hand to things the student has more experience with. I have learned that each student has a different learning style and try to adapt my lessons and approach accordingly. (read more)
