...I conclude by checking the validity of the solution(s). "Plug and Chug" as it is referred to by my past students. It is my tested and proven method of understanding what is being taught. I found that memorization of certain formulas may save time on tests, but is less beneficial to the students' understanding of a topic than the aforementioned logical approach. (read more)
