...I engaged in mathematics proofs, and studied logic independently for philosophy, this included taking a couple courses in logic itself, e.g, Symbolic Logic. I was a teacher's assistant for a semester of finite math at my University. I held independent sessions 2 days a week, in place of their normal class meeting, to reinforce material in creative and engaging ways. (read more)
...I went to The University of Alabama in Huntsville where I received a M.S. degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. As a GTA there, I've tutor varies levels of math and taught from Pre-Calculus up to Calculus 2. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Mathematics at UAH. (read more)
