...Algebra is such a fundamental skill for all further math courses, that it really needs to be mastered. And to do so, students need to have solid capabilities from earlier pre-algebra years, such as with arithmetic, fractions, decimals, negative numbers. ...As I went into middle school I did some independent work over that summer and was able to take Algebra 1 in seventh grade. From there I took Geometry Honors, Algebra II/Trig Honors, Calculus AB AP, Calculus BC AP, and Multivariable Calculus.
