...Students were allowed to come and go as they pleased and brought in homework or practice they wanted to go over. I spent the majority of the time going over specific questions and teaching that way. But I would also branch out in giving conceptual lessons to help students understand topics rather than just having a flow chart for tackling problems. (read more)
...I have been tutoring my fellow high school classmates through my high school for the past year. They are usually one on one, but I have also taught small groups of 2 students. I try to find ways to make the concepts easier to understand to the students, and I show the students why the concepts work to make them truly comprehend the material. (read more)
