...I use experiment and drills to show students their own understanding of the concepts so they feel more involved and interested in the subject as they discover it. Precalculus is very careful evaluation of a closed door to calculus and preparation to open that door. It explores the types of functions calculus looks at in more depth than algebra. (read more)
