...Many students struggle with math not because they cannot perform the reasoning involved, but because the material was framed using foreign vocabulary or concepts. Once things are presented in more familiar terminology, they will often 'click' for the student. I am well-practiced at identifying these points of disconnect, and re-framing the material in a way that is friendlier to the student. (read more)
