...I am a National Merit Finalist and scored a 1580 on my SAT with an 800 in the math section. As opposed to formal tutoring experience, I have mainly helped people in help rooms or other similar environments in the past. However, that lack of formal tutoring experience has not kept me from developing my own understanding of how math teaching should be done. (read more)
