...Many issues come from stress when it comes to time management. Every two minutes or so, I interrupt the student's reading and say, "That's two minutes, just breathe." By saying the same thing, it creates a trigger word that decreases stress. Hopefully, when I'm not physically there and the student feels stressed, they will hear my voice saying, "just breathe" and they will relax. (read more)
