At the age of nine, I taught myself how to speedread, and I increased my reading speed from 270 words a minute to over 600 words a minute over three months. ...During my undergraduate education, I volunteered at a local elementary school and tutored students who were at least 1-2 grade levels behind in math. That being said, I am very comfortable working with students from Kindergarten up to the high school level.
