I like to discuss how to solve mathematics problems. I usually tell my students that every problem is a puzzle or riddle. All you have is to identify what is given, what to find out, and what means you can use besides your brain. (read more)

...I've been in accelerated math classes my entire math career through calculus 3, including Prealgebra. I tutor many students in precalculus as it is an integral (calculus pun) stepping stone to calculus, though it seems scary at first glance. I took, and excelled in, precalculus before moving on to calculus 1, 2, and 3. (read more)
