The TOEFL test requires that you demonstrate competent listening, speaking, writing, and reading skills, and is designed to test these skills in a NATURAL setting. If you've ever tried to learn a language by reading a book or doing exercises in a workbook, you probably know that these strategies don't help much. (read more)
