...I have a philosophy minor (Ethics) that included a Logic class. I am primarily a mathematician by training. From the perspective of philosophy, mathematics is "applied Logic" and so it is not unreasonable to suggest that I have a great deal of Logic background (proof writing in particular).

...They showed me how to make physics a game, as well as how to avoid common misunderstandings. In college I not only enjoyed these courses, I found myself helping many of my classmates! When I worked at a tutoring center, I found that most of my students were for physics, and thus developed many techniques to explain and show how physics works in the real world. (read more)
